In this session, we will dive into importance of our Enterprise Social Network ConNext when it comes to the establishment of a more transparent, efficient, collaborative way of working and sharing culture at Continental – we call it New Work Style. Goal is to help people into self-determined learning, a healthy and efficient work style, meaning less work but more impact. I will show how we established a global network organization based on our ESN and create impact with those networks to drive this culture change and development of social learning.
