Andre Hagemeier is Director of Engineering for Connections at HCL Software. With various roles in Engineering and Software Services at IBM, Wayfair and HCL, Andre has a deep background in the Digital Solutions portfolio. His current role includes the strategy and technical direction of the Connections product family, including Docs and Engagement Center. He puts a lot of emphasis on engaging the partner ecosystem, a strong involvement of customers in the engineering process, and agile and open development practises.
