Social technologist with a strong foundation in organizational development, project management, and digital transformation. Head of Digital Business Development at Crayon Consulting, and leading a major cloud migration project for a customer a consultant project manager. With a master’s in Organization and Management from NTNU and a background in development leadership, I integrate change management expertise with technological insight. I’ve led agile, cross-functional teams, improved operational efficiency, and driven innovation. My work bridges science and practice, supporting learning and cultural change through structured analysis and user-centric adoption. I’m passionate about data culture, AI, and analytics, and actively contribute to the improvement of development processes of digital solutions and products. These experiences have shaped my journey related to data culture and change management so far: – Development Leader for Governance information systems and datawarehouse at The Norwegian University of Science and Technology – running all reporting, planning and simulation solutions and leading the cross functional teams to deliver the solutions – Lead of the BI & Analytics Special Interest Group in EUNIS, facilitating network and experience sharing and learning in European Higher Education Institutions – Regional board member of the Norwegian Computer and Data Society, I help organize thematic groups and events that foster knowledge sharing in Mid-Norway. – Management and leadership of different administrative units improving work processes and standardization – Social antrhopologist with a strong curiosity and analytical mind to keep me working research informed and inspired!

    The real bottleneck to AI isn’t the technology -it’s culture and mindset. In the race to adopt AI, organizations quickly realize that the real challenge is not the tools themselves, but the culture required to use them effectively. In today’s digital landscape, cultivating a strong data culture is both critical and difficult, yet is the key to unlocking the true value of technology investments. While many aspire to be data-driven, few fully understand what that means in practice. Participants will gain practical approaches to fostering curiosity, creating safe spaces for experimentation, and embedding values such as learning, innovation, and exploration into everyday decision-making. A case study of executive teams using AI-enabled simulation tools will illustrate how cultural readiness accelerates adoption and turns technology into measurable outcomes. By looking beyond technology and investing in culture, organizations can unlock the full promise of AI, not just as a tool, but as a catalyst for growth, resilience, creativity, and innovation.
