Roberto Mazzoni (University of Zurich)

Roberto is head of the Information Technology User Services group at the University of Zurich. The group’s responsibilities include the IT service desk, user support, teaching, database services, web services including web content management system, identity management, collaboration solutions and Linux services of the University of Zurich. He has led various web-related projects, including the Open Access project of the University of Zurich. Together with his team he is responsible for ZORA, the Zurich Open Repository and Archive. He has led the project with the goal to introduce anti-plagiarism software at the University and the project to establish a groupware solution for the University. His team runs and supports the collaboration services for Notes and promotes the usage of Connections at the University of Zurich. IBM Champion for IBM Social Business 2016 – 2017, IBM Life Time Champion 2018.
