Söhnke Grams (Koblenz University)

Söhnke is a three-time IBM Champion, researcher in the Business Application System Research Group under the direction of Prof. Dr. Petra Schubert at the University of Koblenz-Landau, Managing Director of the IBM University Competence Center for Collaboration Technologies and Community Manager of IndustryConnect at the Center for Enterprise Information Research. In his current research, he is focusing on the development of KPI for the Benefits Realisation Management of Enterprise Collaboration Systems. Prior to his work as a researcher, Söhnke worked as a consultant and as World Wide Community Coordinator at Ubisoft Blue Byte. Since 2019 Söhnke is Founder and Executive partner of Integrated Business Design (IBD). Together with the three Founders Prof. Dr. Petra Schubert, Prof. Dr. Susan P. Williams and Sebastian Bahles and several IBD experts, the team supports companies in realising the Digital Workplace.
