I am a Technical Architect on IBM Collaboration Solutions and a Social Business Strategist, I am also a Blogger, a Network Consultant and Infrastructure specialist. I am based in Belgium (Ghent area) but I am working with companies all over the world. My main focus today is with Social Business and new ways of working in the enterprise. I a new team member of the fantastic Australian company ISW who develops the blockbusters Kudos Apps! My role is to be the 'man' (of course woman) in Europe as Business Development & Marketing Manager - Europe. In short I make sure that our European customers are well taken care of and to communicate about our products in Europe.

I am a firm believer of human goodness and power and that if we communicate with each other and make an effort to understand each other we automatically will have a better, friendlier and more effective work place. And not forget more FUN! Because that's what it's all about yes?

IBM Champion since 2016 and I really like snow, travelling, good food, peace and laughter. And of course Wannes.

I am a Social Business Consultant and own my own company - Outside in Collaboration (OiC). I specialise in helping organisations gain maximum benefit from their investment in IBM Connections. A passionate evangelist for the use of IBM Connections, I have helped organisations define and implement compeling use cases for the adoption of Connections. I have used IBM Connections since it was launched in 2007 and I have an expert knowledge of the functionality provided by both the on premise and Cloud version. An IBM champion since 2011, I am also a passionate follower of Liverpool FC!

Priorly I also worked with other ICS products like Domino , Traveler and Sametime. I'm also a blogger , HCL Master, IBM Champion and when I can a Speaker.
