As a LetsConnect attendee, you have likely experienced first-hand the benefits that Connections can deliver. At the same time, we know that not everyone in your organization may be so enlightened. This session will provide a narrative we’ve used successfully to showcase the benefits and business results that Connections and its open collaboration environment is uniquely able to provide, an important contrast to the closed, siloed approach taken by many competitors.
HCL Connections has an incredibly rich feature set spanning many applications, yet there is always that one thing that your users are asking about. “Can we make this behave differently?”, “Can we limit who can create external Communities?” or “How can we integrate a line-of-business application into my Community?” With the Customizer all of this can be done faster and cheaper – let us show you a few examples on how the feature set of HCL Connections can be changed effectively!
Join this session and hear about the different approaches used by user organisations to develop their software portfolio for Enterprise Collaboration.
We are going to discuss the complex collaborative technology landscape in order to understand the evolving portfolios of collaboration software currently in use in organizations. This will include the examination of different areas of collaboration activity that these tools support and the areas of overlapping and redundant functionality. We will present findings from a study of 23 user organisations in which we identified three dominant strategies.
In this session, you will learn how the companies in our sample are addressing the zoo of software tools to shape their Enterprise Collaboration Platform.
