Susan P. Williams (University of Koblenz)

Sue Williams is Professor of Enterprise Information Management in the Faculty of Informatics at the University of Koblenz and a founding partner of IBD Integrated Business Design GmbH. She has over 30 years’ experience as a researcher and consultant in the fields of enterprise information management and the design and implementation of collaboration technologies in organisations.
